The Negative Circle
Life is full of surprises for
people who appreciate it, and believe in it. Even though life is beautiful, but
there are people still losing their interests in it. To those people, feelings restrained
about their future can make them realized that there is no other way to make
their life better. Because of feeling so powerless, they start doing nothing. As
the result, guiltiness is formed inside them. Since they feel guilty, a series
of panicking thoughts about their future appears. In consequence is feeling
powerless. It is a closed circuit. To get out of this awful routine, people should
have put their thoughts into actions.
Breaking this circle is possible,
but it is challenging. To break this “negative habits”, people should put their
thoughts into actions. The more responsible actions you do the less negative feelings
you have. By coping new things and acting more in their life, people can gain
their interests back. They will feel less guilty or won’t if they catch an
opportunity and do not let it pass by. The positive future is beginning to
smile at them. As the result, feeling powerless and panicking about their
future are no longer exist.
For example, a college student
has a “F” in the first Physics’’ test. By trying to study more and figuring
what is he or she missing, this student can get a better score in the next
test. Since stepping up and facing the problem, the student is getting better
grades in the end of the year. But, let’s imagine if the same student cannot
face the same situation. This student will get into a worse case by thinking
negatively. Because of thinking negatively, this student will not learn
anything from the subject. After that, all the fears will make him or her felt powerless,
and the student will start doing nothing. That’s make this student entered the
horrible circle.
In the end, this negative circle
may happen to everyone. Whenever someone faces it, they should put their
thoughts into actions. Sitting inside and doing nothing only make the situation
worse.
Nice organization and attention to grammar! Below are some errors that you may want to attend to:
